In this engaging one-day in-person event, Xavier invites you into applied behavioural science. While the concept may initially seem complex, overwhelming and abstract, you’ll emerge equipped with tangible tools to perceive behaviour through a new lens—both your own and that of others. This newfound perspective empowers you to communicate with heightened efficacy and discern the authenticity in others’ actions. The lectures are not only accessible but also rich with relatable examples, ensuring comprehension for all attendees. The only downside? Once you’ve experienced it, the desire for more is insatiable.
One of the oldest known scriptures describing the essence of leadership is the Tao Te Ching. The text dates from approximately 600 BC. A quote:
“The best leaders are those who are barely noticed by their employees;

Then come those who are feared;
The worst leaders are those who are despised.

Parking is free, and lunch, coffee and tea are included, as well as snacks. We are happy to welcome you on the June 20th 2024 from 9:00 am, and the start is at 9:30 am. We aim to complete it around 5:00 pm, but some extension is possible, as is a chat with a drink afterwards.
